Being away from family during the holidays has made us want to start some of our own family traditions. On Christmas Eve morning we took the kids to IHOP for breakfast, we rarely go out to eat as family. Mainly because it can be hard to eat out with kids and it can be expensive. We had a really fun time, the kids loved their smiling face pancakes and I loved not having to clean up any breakfast dishes:)

Cute!! Yhea, it can be fun to go out to eat with a family for a tradition like xmas eve breakfast! A good idea!
